On April 17th, Uiron Technology Group and Gowise, a leading community economy operator in Malaysia, formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of smart lockers, community sports and entertainment, and digital life services, jointly exploring the blue ocean of smart community services in Malaysia.
In the morning, a delegation from Gowise, including Managing Director CB Chuah, Executive Director BP Ooi, and Chief Operating Officer Cuence Lee, visited the headquarters of Uiron Technology Group. They were warmly received by Xu Qingmu, President of Uiron Technology Group, Deng Tianyu, General Manager of Uiron Technology Group’s Hong Kong Branch, and Li Xinyue, Assistant to the President of the Comprehensive Management Center.
Led by Li Xinyue, the Gowise delegation visited Uiron Technology Group’s product exhibition hall and experienced the independently developed 3.0 full-house intelligent control system and AI coach system for self-service billiard rooms in the Uiron self-service billiard room exhibition area.
General Manager Deng Tianyu also demonstrated innovative functions such as intelligent path calculation and automatic points accumulation in the system to the Gowise delegation, showcasing Uiron’s unmanned closed-loop management capabilities for self-service billiards.
Subsequently, the two parties moved to the conference room for business discussions. The three leaders of Gowise have rich industry experience covering multiple fields such as real estate development, technology research and development, and marketing services, which is an important factor for Gowise to quickly develop into a leading enterprise in the industry.
When talking about Gowise’s development history, CB Chuah, Managing Director of Gowise, stated that the company explored various business models in the early stage of its establishment. After many attempts and trials, it finally seized the demand point of Malaysia’s community economy, extended from locker services to diversified services in life scenarios, and achieved the company’s counter-trend development during the epidemic.
Mr. Xu Qingmu, President of Uiron Technology Group, expressed deep resonance with CB Chuah’s mention of the company’s multiple explorations and trials. He admitted that in the early days of cooperating with third-party hardware, the team often fell into “responsibility battles” due to equipment failures and interaction loopholes, which eventually forced the team to build its own supply chain and establish a model of independent research and development of software and hardware. This model has become the core product competitiveness of Uiron Technology Group today.
Official Signing! Uiron Technology Group and Malaysia’s Gowise Company Reach Strategic Cooperation
BP Ooi, Executive Director of Gowise, shared the differences in the application of intelligent technology and operational service experience between Malaysia and China in the same field from the perspective of technology research and development.
He mentioned that the current Malaysian market has a strong demand for new business formats such as smart storage and unmanned self-service, but high-quality solutions are relatively scarce. Uiron Technology Group’s technical strength and mature model can just fill this market gap. In particular, billiards is very popular among young people in Malaysia. If Uiron’s self-service billiards can enter the Malaysian market, it will achieve new breakthroughs in business.
At 2:30 p.m., Mr. Xu Qingmu, President of Uiron Technology Group, and CB Chuah, Managing Director of Gowise, formally signed the strategic cooperation agreement.
In June 2024, Uiron Technology Group’s Hong Kong Branch was formally established. This signing is another important milestone in Uiron Technology Group’s internationalization strategy.
According to the plan, Uiron Technology Group will work with Gowise to promote innovative services such as smart storage and unmanned self-service in the Malaysian market, and jointly explore new paths for technical collaboration and market implementation. After the signing ceremony, the teams of both parties stated that they will immediately start technical docking work to ensure the rapid progress of the cooperation projects.
As a high-tech enterprise committed to software + hardware + AI, Uiron Technology has laid out a smart service network in more than 350 cities across the country, serving a total of over 190 million people. As a leader in Malaysia’s local service sector, Gowise has a nationwide channel network and localized operation capabilities. This strong alliance between the two parties will not only promote the popularization of smart services in Malaysia but also provide a new direction for Uiron Technology Group to expand overseas markets.
In the future, the two parties will give full play to their respective advantages, deepen cooperation in technological innovation, model output, and market expansion, take innovative technology as the link, and jointly promote the popularization and development of smart services in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, writing a new chapter in the field of smart services.
